Softrol Systems provides several key cost saving solutions to large commercial and industrial laundries, including material handling & sorting, wash aisle controls, chemical dispensing systems, productivity tracking, garment tracking, route accounting and management reporting.

 

The Opportunity/Challenge

Softrol had issues working with companies outside of Atlanta, so they selected us after sifting through several local companies who were scrutinized through an intense interview process.

They were looking to improve company visibility and create more qualified sales leads. They felt that they needed a company to handle or advise on almost all of their marketing efforts, including ads, landing pages, email marketing, social media management, lead generation & follow up automation, SEO monitoring, etc.

As a business with several complex products and a multitude of clients, Softrol needed someone to handle their day to day marketing operations including content production and marketing automation.

 

The Resolution

By crafting specific buyer personas that represent Softrol’s ideal clientele, we’ve been able to drastically improve their business model.

Through a combination of social media marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing, and online advertising, we've improved Softrol’s industry visibility substantially. We've also increased web traffic, and by proxy, lead generation.

Our Report

By executing a substantial change in Softrol’s growth strategy, we’ve been able to supplement leads that may have been present if not for the COVID-19 pandemic.

Transitioning the company from relying on trade shows and demonstrations to now receiving a steady stream of qualified online leads wasn’t an easy process, but the data shows that we’ve performed with Precision.

 

In Conclusion

The key to our success on this project was exploring alternative/non-traditional forms of marketing. By providing Softrol with opportunities to understand and communicate with their ideal clients, we’ve been able to expedite the lead generation and client acquisition process.
