Case Study: First Baptist Roswell
First Baptist Roswell was organized more than 145 years ago in 1872 in a log schoolhouse near Roswell’s town square. The congregation quickly outgrew the log house and in 1875 built a white clapboard, church building on South Atlanta Street (now Atlanta Street Baptist Church). In 1927, a majority of church members left South Atlanta Street to build a new church in a more central location on Main Street (now Mimosa Boulevard) and the current site of First Baptist Roswell. Their Mission is “To share Jesus Christ with those who don’t know Him, nurture and grow those who do, and help all live in Christ. Know, encourage, and grow while seeing to it that no one falls short of the grace of God” (Hebrews 12:15).
The Goal
When First Baptist Roswell came to us, they had been let down by other companies that promised they’d assist in rebranding and web development. First Baptist Roswell was looking to revamp their website by giving it a fresh design and a user friendly interface.
We took their website from outdated and cluttered to modern and simplistic. We also made it much easier for people on the site to find what they are looking for with this quick selection menu.
Our Feedback
Our web developer Marvin Rosario thoroughly enjoyed working on the FBR website.
“Working with people that are so passionate about what they do was an absolute pleasure. Their passion for what they do made it easy to convey their message. The variety of things they offer on their site gave me the opportunity to do some really great things.”
Results
We absolutely loved working with First Baptist Roswell, and we still host their website today.
“These guys are just so fast and spot-on. I came to them, during the holidays no less, with a very short timetable for a new website for my rebranded law firm. They had a prototype up and running within a couple of days and despite my having spent just a few minutes describing what I wanted the website to do and look like, what they came up with was so in tune with what I was looking for it was like they were reading my mind. I won’t say how quickly they got my new site live (because I don’t want to set unreasonable expectations for the next person), but they quoted me a date so soon I didn’t believe it was possible…and we went live a day early. I can’t say enough good things about Jordan and his team at Precision Creative.”
